Smart Finder tags represent the latest advancement in object-finding technology, utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy to locate items within a 50-meter (164 feet) range from your smartphone equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. The Smart Finder app seamlessly integrates with these tags, offering Find-Me and Virtual Leash services.

The Find-Me feature proves handy for locating commonly misplaced items like keys, wallets, purses, remote controls, canes, and umbrellas with ease.

With the Virtual Leash functionality, users can tether their Smart Finder-tagged items to their iPhone, triggering alerts upon separation beyond a specified distance on either the iPhone, the Smart Finder tag, or both. Virtual Leash proves particularly useful for monitoring valuables during travel or ensuring the safety of children and pets.

Important to note: In Virtual Leash mode, if the connection to the Smart Finder tag is lost, the app leverages GPS to record the last known location of the misplaced Smart Finder tag. It's essential to be aware that continuous use of GPS in the background may significantly impact battery life.
